My mom and I come here often for lunch, and while they are short staffed they are always attentive, kind, and give us hot fresh food! We went today and Sami was the kindest man! We are grateful he was so nice and sweet to us, and we wanted to leave a good review since we noticed this location doesn't get the best reviews. They're great every time we go, never had a bad experience with them!! :)
Been going to Popeyes for 30 years, different states, different locations etc. This one on McLaughlin is by far the worst I have ever been to. Over the past 5 years without exaggerating have gotten the orders wrong 80% of the time. It's hit and miss weather the chicken is fresh or not. I kept going and giving it another try over and over hoping it would change. Not at all . I just went there after not going for more than a year, the chicken was so bad , looked , tasted old . I threw it away. Never go there again. Update !!!! , I have recently gave Pop Eyes another try after years of not going. The new manager, possibly owner has completely changed quality of food, he said that he makes them cook it fresh, what a difference ! The last 3 times in 2 weeks have been excellent. Hats off to the new manager, owners !!!
